Parakeet Designs provides creative design services including logo design, branding, packaging design, print design, marketing materials, and other custom graphic design solutions.
Clients must provide clear project details, content, references, brand information, and required specifications before work begins. Delays in providing required information may affect the project timeline.
Revisions are provided based on the agreed project scope. Major changes, new concepts, or additional design requests outside the original brief may require extra charges.
Payment terms will be agreed before starting the project. Work may begin after confirmation of payment, order placement, or agreed milestone.
Final files will be delivered in the agreed formats such as JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, or other required formats, depending on the project package.
Once the project is completed and full payment is received, the client receives the agreed usage rights for the final approved design. Unused concepts, drafts, and working files remain the property of Parakeet Designs unless otherwise agreed.
Clients are responsible for checking spelling, contact details, printing information, brand details, and final approval before production or publishing.
Parakeet Designs may showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, or social media unless the client requests confidentiality before the project begins.
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the stage of the project. If work has already started, partial or no refund may apply depending on the completed work.
